Shipping Destinations and Transit Times

We deliver worldwide. Estimated delivery times depend on destination and method:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

Duties & Taxes

For EU countries, local VAT is included in all prices (e.g., Denmark includes 25% VAT).

For orders outside the EU, VAT, duties, and taxes are not included and may be charged upon delivery, in accordance with local customs regulations. DIALEKT ships according to Incoterm DAP (Delivered At Place) — meaning you are responsible for any additional fees required to clear customs.

DIALEKT does not cover costs resulting from customs delays, unpaid duties, or storage. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

 

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Email us at hello@dialektobjects.com with:

    • Photos of the damage
    • Photos of the box and shipping label

We’ll assess and resolve the issue quickly.

Note: many of our pieces are handmade using natural materials. Small variations in finish, texture, or grain are considered part of the product’s character — not faults. 

 

 

Returns

 

Returns & Refunds

Every DIALEKT piece is designed with care and crafted to last. Our return policy reflects the nature of our production — a balance between made-to-order precision and ready-to-ship simplicity.

• • • Made-To-Order Items: Our made-to-order pieces — including all bed frames — are produced individually for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on these items once production has begun. We encourage you to double-check all details before placing your order. If you have any doubts, we’re always here to help.
    • In-Stock Items: For smaller in-stock items (such as Bed Slats), we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To qualify for return:

        • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
        • Return shipping may be quoted separately and is often higher than the outbound rate
