ORDER PROCESSING
Made-to-Order Items:
Each piece is crafted specifically for you. Production typically takes 6-12 weeks, depending on the item and current workshop schedules. Once production is complete, your order will be dispatched promptly, and you’ll receive a notification with tracking details.
In-Stock Items:
Items in stock will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after order confirmation.
DELIVERY
Parcel or Freight Delivery: Each product page indicates whether the item will be shipped via Parcel or Freight.
Parcel: Delivered door-to-door using a courier service.
Freight: Delivered curbside, meaning the item will be left at the front of your building or home. Freight delivery does not include carrying items into your home, unpacking, or disposing of packaging and pallets.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, item type, and order size.
• For international orders, additional customs duties, VAT, or taxes may apply, and these are the customer’s responsibility.
LOCAL PICKUP
We offer free local pickup for customers in Copenhagen at:

Simply select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection.
