1. How does the made-to-order process work?

Each piece is handcrafted in Denmark and made specifically for you. Once your order is placed, production takes approximately 6-12 weeks. Once completed, your order will be shipped, and you’ll receive a tracking notification.

 

2. Can I return a made-to-order item?

Made-to-order items are crafted exclusively for each customer, so we cannot accept returns. However, if your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

 

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Secure payment ensures your details are always protected.

 

4. Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes or cancellations are only possible within 48 hours of placing the order. After this time, production begins, and modifications cannot be made.

 

Shipping & Delivery

 

5. Where do you ship?

We ship globally, with delivery times and fees varying depending on location. Local pickup in Copenhagen is also available free of charge.

 

6. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the destination and product size. You can find detailed rates on our Shipping Information page. For international orders, additional customs fees or taxes may apply.

 

7. How long does shipping take?

Once production is complete, shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within Europe and 7-14 business days internationally.

 

8. Is assembly required?

Our furniture is shipped flat-packed for easy delivery. Assembly is simple, and we include detailed instructions with each product.

9. What materials do you use?

We work exclusively with honest, natural materials such as solid wood and veneers, chosen for their quality and sustainability. Each piece is treated with natural linseed oil to enhance its beauty and durability.

11. Will my furniture look exactly like the photos?

Each piece is unique due to the natural variations in wood grain and texture. These differences are part of the beauty of working with organic materials.

12. How do I care for my furniture?

Clean your furniture with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, and periodically reapply natural oil to maintain its finish.

 

13. Can I use the furniture outdoors?

Our furniture is designed for indoor use only. Exposure to moisture or direct sunlight may damage the materials.

Samples are available for a small fee, which can be credited toward your purchase when you place an order.

While we don’t offer custom designs, you can choose from various sizes and material options available for each product.

Yes, our pieces are available in finishes like Elm, Douglas Fir, and Oak. Samples are available to help you decide.

20. What if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If there are any issues, contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage, and we’ll resolve it immediately.
